Job Summary: We're seeking a skilled Strategic Talent Acquisition Professional to join our team. This role will be responsible for aligning talent acquisition strategies with our business goals, designing and implementing effective recruitment processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver top talent.

About the Role: As a Strategic Talent Acquisition Professional, you'll play a critical part in shaping our talent acquisition strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our recruitment processes are scalable, efficient, and aligned with our business objectives. You'll work closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, design engaging job descriptions, and create compelling employer brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent, leveraging a range of channels including social media, job boards, employee referrals, and university relationships.
  • Recruitment Process Design: Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to design and implement effective recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Candidate Experience: Craft compelling job descriptions, job postings, and other recruitment materials to showcase our employer brand and attract top candidates.
  • Employer Branding: Work with the Communications team to develop and execute employer branding strategies, highlighting our company values, mission, and culture.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, diverse candidate slates, and candidate pipelines, to inform data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

  • Talent Acquisition Experience: Proven track record of delivering successful talent acquisition programs, including candidate screening, assessment, and selection.
  • Market Research: Ability to conduct market research independently, analyzing industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging talent pools.
  • Candidate Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with candidates at all levels, from initial outreach to final hire decision.
  • Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including hiring managers, recruiters, and communications professionals.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience.
