About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team at Kaizen Gaming Group. This role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy analyzing customer feedback and working closely with various departments to resolve customer pain points.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer feedback from various communications channels, reviews, and social media to identify friction points and suggest solutions.
  • Categorize, prioritize, and share feedback with relevant departments to drive action and improvement.
  • Work closely with other divisions/teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and proactively identify areas for enhancement.
Requirements
  • A degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
  • Prior experience in the online gaming industry is considered a strong asset.
