Sportsbook Customer Support Specialist

About the Role
The Sportsbook Customer Support Analyst will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our sportsbook clients. This role involves monitoring, investigating, and reporting queries from internal and external teams using various tools. The successful candidate will work closely with our global offices and other departments in Medellin, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support and communication to clients.
- Solve, escalate, and prioritize issues within the company and parent company.
- Monitor specified systems using provided tools and request information from other team members or departments as needed.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base for known issues and solutions.
- Complete additional tasks assigned by the line manager.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Very good written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of various sports.
- Previous client support experience is a plus.
