This is a remote position with an estimated salary of $35,000 per year. The role requires 20 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday, from 10am to 2pm US Pacific Time.


**Job Overview:**
As a Real Estate Cold Caller at BruntWork, you will be responsible for conducting high-volume cold calling to identify potential real estate clients. Your goal will be to deliver scripted sales talks that describe the company's real estate services and gain client interest.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Schedule appointments for real estate agents with potential clients.
  • Keep records of calls made and results achieved, including follow-up actions.
  • Answer potential clients' questions about real estate services.
  • Overcome objections of prospective clients through effective communication.
  • Maintain client information in the database accurately.
  • Stay informed about the real estate market and trends.
  • Work collaboratively with the real estate team to enhance sales strategies.
  • Provide feedback from potential clients to improve calling scripts and approaches.

**Requirements:**
  • Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential client.
  • Basic understanding of real estate and property management.
  • Good organizational skills and meticulous record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in using computers and related software for record-keeping and communication.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
