Real Estate Sales Development Representative

This is a remote position in the real estate sector with Bruntwork. The role involves high-volume cold calling to identify potential clients for our services. With a strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments with potential clients and maintaining accurate records of calls made and results achieved.
Job Responsibilities- Conduct scripted sales talks that describe our company's real estate services and aim to gain client interest.
- Schedule appointments for our real estate agents with potential clients.
- Keep records of calls made and results achieved, including follow-up actions.
- Answer potential clients' questions about our real estate services.
- Overcome objections of prospective clients through effective communication.
- Maintain client information in our database accurately.
- Stay informed about the real estate market and trends.
- Work collaboratively with our real estate team to enhance sales strategies.
- Provide feedback from potential clients to improve calling scripts and approaches.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential client.
- BASIC understanding of real estate and property management.
- Good organizational skills and meticulous record-keeping.
- Proficiency in using computers and related software for record-keeping and communication.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
