Job Description:
As a seasoned Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts, cultivating strong relationships with existing clients, and identifying new business opportunities within the Managed Services Provider (MSP) and Mid-Level sectors. You will be at the forefront of our sales team, representing Kaseya's products and services, and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional support and solutions tailored to their specific security needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Head of Land and Expand Growth Strategy: Prospecting, nurturing, and closing new accounts in assigned territories.
- Prospect and convert leads into closed deals, maintaining accurate records and reporting.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals by creating value for in-house IT departments and deploying Kaseya solutions.
- Hold executive-level discussions with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, CCOs, and VPs to articulate the value of Datto solutions and overcome objections.
- Develop Subject Matter Expertise in Kaseya solution stack and maintain in-depth knowledge of competitors and industry trends.
- Drive sales through collaborative-team approach, leveraging marketing tools, engineers, and product specialists to win.
- Comfortable selling through live video conferencing and demonstrations, nurturing with personalized video communication.
- Opportunity Tracking: Monitor opportunities through the Kaseya sales process and ensure outstanding Salesforce hygiene.
- Accurately forecast opportunities and participate in account reviews with management and support teams.
- Deliver professional sales experience for prospects during all aspects of the sales process/touch points.
- Participate in ad-hoc sales campaigns and programs to create new prospects/opportunities.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 1+ years' experience in a sales environment.
- High energy, gritty, driven, passionate about sales and customers, and eager to earn significant sales commissions.
- Proven record of accomplishment crushing sales goals.
- Accountable to goals and drive success through metrics and KPIs.
- Motivated, coachable, and competitive enterprising person, resilient achiever driven to win and excel.
- Energetic team player with exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Exposure to CRM applications to successfully manage leads, opportunities, and accounts.
