At Global University Systems, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Integration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for scoping, delivering, and owning technical products that benefit the business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, project management, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, project management, or a related field. They will also possess excellent communication skills, strong project management and organizational skills, and the ability to learn quickly and work with best practices.

The Business Systems Integration Specialist will be responsible for gathering business requirements from various stakeholders, producing functional development documents for the development and QA teams, and managing project delivery from scoping to roll-out. They will also manage change requests and establish post-go-live support for existing technical products.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Business/Project Management, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and will be able to communicate effectively with senior management and other stakeholders. They will also be able to create project plans, functional and technical documentation, and prepare project status reports and present project performance updates to relevant business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather business requirements from various stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, project management, or a related field
  • Strong background in software development, project management, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and work with best practices
  • Knowledge of relational databases
  • Optional but preferred experience/knowledge of a software or programming environment: AWS, AWS SQS, SF Flows, Apex
