Job Role

The Integration Specialist will focus on the integration of Workday with other HR applications, including payroll, talent acquisition, and talent management systems. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability between our HR systems, enhancing overall HR service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and other internal/external systems, leveraging Workday Studio and EIB.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  3. Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  4. Perform regular audits and validations to ensure data integrity across systems.
  5. Stay updated on Workday updates and enhancements, leveraging new features effectively.
  6. Develop and maintain integration documentation, including data flow diagrams and technical specifications.
  7. Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to facilitate seamless integrations.
  8. Utilize integration tools such as Workday Studio and EIB, and other middleware solutions.
  9. Develop custom reports and data extracts to support business needs.
  10. Write and maintain scripts and code for integrations using appropriate programming languages.
  11. Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to understand integration needs and deliver solutions.
  12. Provide technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders.
  13. Participate in integration testing, including unit, system, and user acceptance testing.
  14. Assist in managing integration projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
Qualifications

Profile

  1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Workday integrations development.
  3. Experience with HR systems and applications (e.g., SmartRecruiters, payroll) is highly desirable.

Required Skills

  1. Good level of English.
  2. Proficiency in Workday integration tools (Studio, EIB, PECI, etc.). Workday certifications are a plus.
  3. Strong understanding of XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, and web services.
  4. Experience with middleware platforms and ETL tools.
  5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
