About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team at Somewhere. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales efforts by sourcing potential customers, building and vetting customer lists, and initiating contact with prospects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research to identify potential customers in target markets and build a list of qualified leads.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
  • Initiate communication with potential customers via phone, email, and other channels to introduce our company and its solutions.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate follow-ups with our sales director to explore opportunities with potential customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with potential customers in our CRM system.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and lead nurturing.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with potential customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to research and identify key decision-makers in target markets.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a focus on lead qualification and customer relationship management.
  • Experience in sales or sales development is a plus, but not required.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is preferred, but not necessary.
