We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sr. Sales Development Representative to join our team at CSW Energy. Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to reach potential clients and drive revenue growth.
  • Qualify leads and schedule sales meetings for senior sales executives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute effective marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the B2B sector.
  • Proficiency in English (C1/C2 level).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales quotas.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools.
