Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Sales Representative to assist our lead sales team in driving revenue and expanding our client base. The Junior Sales Representative will work closely with the lead salesperson, providing support throughout the entire sales process.

This role involves lead generation, appointment setting, responding to client requests, and maintaining CRM data.

The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of sales processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Assist in generating leads through research, cold emailing, and outreach on platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and calls with potential clients on behalf of the lead sales representative.
  • Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, helping to manage and nurture relationships.
  • CRM Management: Keep the CRM system updated with accurate and timely information, ensuring data integrity.
  • Sales Support: Work hand-in-hand with the lead sales rep to streamline processes and help achieve sales targets.
  • Collaboration: Work with other team members to share insights and improve sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required.
  • Experience: Experience with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and Google Suite is necessary.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with no-code tools like Coda, Airtable, Notion, and workflow automation tools like Zapier is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a focus on detail and accuracy.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cold emailing, lead list building, and cold calling.
  • Design experience with Canva or similar tools.
