We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Latin America, Brazil Team. As a BDR, you'll play a critical role in identifying and qualifying potential customers, developing and implementing outbound prospecting strategies, and driving revenue growth for our business.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with account executives to identify potential customers and develop targeted outbound prospecting strategies
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting activities through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media platforms
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule follow-up discovery meetings with account executives
- Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for outbound prospecting efforts
- Authorized to work in Colombia and native language fluency in Portuguese
- Experience working with/in the Brazilian market
- Excitement about career growth in tech sales and developing into a future account executive on the HubSpot Sales team
- Previous successful sales experience or a strong desire to begin a sales career path as a BDR and account executive
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about succeeding in a metric-driven sales role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfortable making daily cold calls and spending part of the day on the phone and email
- Natural curiosity and a willingness to learn new things, with a proactive approach to seeking coaching from peers and managers
- Experience with sales tools such as HubSpot Sales Hub, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
- Cash compensation range: 113,000,000 COP Annually
