Sales Development Representative Opportunity

Sutton Funding, a leading financial services company in New York City, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.


About the Role

This is a full-time, in-office position in Bogotá, Colombia, requiring advanced English proficiency (C1) and a commitment to achieving sales goals and continuous skill development. You will be responsible for funding a minimum of two deals per month and maintaining regular and reliable attendance.


What We Offer

As a Sales Development Representative at Sutton Funding, you will enjoy a competitive base salary of USD 1,000, plus uncapped commissions based on revenue generated. You will also receive comprehensive one-week fully paid sales training, personalized coaching, and mentorship. Additionally, you will be entitled to a birthday paid day off, weekends off, biweekly payments, opportunities for professional growth and development, health and transportation stipend after completing the 2-month trial period, 15 days of PTO per year, and national US holidays.
