At Phoenix Support Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Executive to join our Business Development Team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

  • The Sales Development Executive works closely with the Business Development Team to gain and retain customers. Key responsibilities include:
  1. Reaching out to current clients to secure Google reviews
  2. Calling and reaching out to successful business owners in our industry to appear on our podcast
  3. Conducting research and initial outreach for tradeshows and webinars
  4. Managing the marketing for our Dream 100 client list

Requirements for the role include:

  • Effective communication with stakeholders in the United States
  • Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or Operations
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Sales Support position
  • Proficient in English, verbal and written
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service for US, UK, or Australian accounts
