Sales Development Representative

We're on the hunt for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives in a dynamic sales environment and is passionate about making a significant impact in workplace safety.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Engage in daily cold calling, 100+ calls per day, to generate new leads and identify opportunities.
- Effectively communicate SoloProtect's mission and the value of its safety solutions to prospective clients.
- Qualify leads, schedule sales appointments, and follow up on prospects.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine sales strategies.
- Track and manage leads in the CRM system, ensuring all communication is documented.
**Requirements**:
- 2 + years of remote sales dev experience
- Demonstrable passion for sales and cold calling; must love engaging with potential clients over the phone.
- Proven track record in a sales or customer service role, with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly convey product benefits.
- Self-motivated and disciplined, with a high level of resilience and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in managing sales pipelines.
