Your Role
In this role, you will be responsible for motivating your team to meet both company and client metric performance goals. You will answer associates' questions, listen to, and guide them to resolve issues, handle customer escalations, and ensure quality customer experience on every interaction.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have an Associate degree or equivalent work experience. You must promote a performance-driven culture and always work towards reaching amazing results. Time management skills, priority tasks, a customer-focused mindset, and comfort with computer systems are essential.
Salary
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on your location and qualifications.
