About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Engineer to join our team at Tipalti, a leading fintech company. As a Customer Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing world-class service to our customers and ensuring their success post sales. Your technical expertise will enable you to provide specialized support on both technical and product issues, manage customer escalations, and collaborate with other teams as needed. Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Act as a customer advocate by sharing product feedback with engineering and product teams
  • Contribute to the development of knowledge articles in Tipalti's knowledge base


About You: To be successful in this role, you will need to have:


  • Proven experience in providing technical support at a SaaS company
  • Relevant academic degree that demonstrates quantitative and analytical orientation
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with ticketing systems and ERP systems
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
