Position Overview
The Recruitment Supervisor at TaskUs plays a pivotal role in managing a team dedicated to high-volume hiring. As an orchestrator of recruitment efforts, you will ensure that daily operations are executed efficiently while aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously mentor and guide the recruitment team, fostering their professional growth and enhancing performance to meet departmental goals.
- Develop and implement daily action plans to achieve recruitment targets, overseeing the complete recruitment cycle and ensuring all documentation is thorough and organized.
- Balance requisition loads to ensure equitable distribution of manpower needs among team members.
- Lead and document post-interview evaluations and feedback sessions with recruiters.
- Devise innovative recruitment strategies to address challenges in attracting qualified candidates.
- Design and refine recruitment tools, including application forms and interview questionnaires, while streamlining online processes for efficiency.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and hiring departments to recommend new concepts and provide insights on staffing requirements.
- Work alongside other departments involved in the recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain a network of contacts, including vendors and community organizations, and engage in recruitment activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovative recruiting techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of experience in supervising high-volume recruitment operations.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational, and database management skills.
- A strong customer service orientation.
