En Grupo Familia, una empresa líder en el sector de productos de higiene y limpieza, estamos en la búsqueda de un especialista en selección de talento que se encargue de garantizar una experiencia excepcional tanto para candidatos como para los responsables de la contratación en los procesos de atracción de talento.

Responsabilidades:
  • Definir estrategias de reclutamiento efectivas que permitan captar candidatos potenciales para los procesos de selección.
  • Analizar y preseleccionar las hojas de vida de acuerdo con los perfiles de la organización y los requisitos internos.
  • Coordinar y llevar a cabo los procesos de evaluación de los candidatos (entrevistas, pruebas, centros de evaluación).
  • Presentar a los responsables de la contratación los candidatos preseleccionados luego de llevar a cabo los filtros de entrevista y pruebas.
  • Mantener una comunicación constante y atención a los requerimientos de los diferentes stakeholders.
  • Dar retroalimentación a los candidatos que participaron en los procesos.
  • Acompañar la etapa de contratación.
  • Cumplir, monitorear y mantener actualizados los indicadores del proceso.
  • Proponer mejoras al proceso que permitan optimizarlo.
Perfil requerido:
  • Profesional en Psicología, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en procesos de reclutamiento y selección masiva.
  • Manejo avanzado de Excel.
  • Inglés B2 comprobado.
  • Con actitud de servicio y orientación a resultados.
  • Trabajo en equipo, recursividad y capacidad para reaccionar con prontitud ante la presión.
  • Organización y método en la ejecución de su trabajo.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en Guachene, Cauca.
