Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Hiring: Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates, advising managers, and managing relocations and intern programs.
- Recruitment Planning: Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs.
- Applicant Sourcing: Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, and internet sites, providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits, making presentations, and maintaining rapport.
- Applicant Evaluation: Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Interview Coordination: Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules, arranging travel, lodging, and meals, escorting applicant to interviews, and arranging community tours.
- Legal Compliance: Avoid legal challenges by understanding current legislation, enforcing regulations with managers, recommending new procedures, and conducting training.
- HR Support: Accomplish human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Recruiting and Interviewing Skills: Proven ability to recruit and interview candidates effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, sufficient for both internal and customer-facing communications.
- Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage and organize assigned tasks and workflow effectively.
- Education and Experience: At least one-year related experience required, high school diploma required, bachelor's degree considered a plus.
