Job Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Supervisor at TaskUs, you will play a pivotal role in managing a team dedicated to high-volume recruitment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that daily operations run smoothly while implementing effective recruitment strategies that align with business objectives. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in driving the team towards achieving recruitment goals.
In this role, you will be tasked with:
Continuously mentoring the recruitment team, guiding their professional growth, and enhancing their performance to meet departmental targets while keeping them updated on policy changes. Creating and executing daily action plans to meet recruitment objectives, overseeing the entire recruitment cycle, and ensuring all necessary documentation is thorough and organized. Balancing requisition loads to ensure equitable distribution of recruitment tasks among team members. Leading and documenting post-interview discussions and feedback sessions with recruiters. Crafting innovative recruitment strategies to address challenges in attracting qualified candidates. Designing and refining recruitment tools and templates, including application forms and interview guides, while developing online processes to streamline recruitment. Collaborating with executive leadership and hiring departments to recommend new concepts and coordinate on staffing needs. Working alongside other departments involved in the recruitment and onboarding processes. Maintaining a network of contacts, including vendors and community organizations, and participating in recruitment initiatives. Staying updated on industry trends and innovative recruiting practices to maintain a competitive edge. Performing additional duties as assigned by management.Qualifications:
A minimum of two years of experience in supervising high-volume recruitment. A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field. Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and database management skills. A customer service-oriented mindset.About TaskUs:
