As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for onboarding suppliers via technical methods to the Coupa platform. This role is critical in setting up and testing connections on behalf of our Coupa buyers. You will prioritize strategic suppliers based on record information in the system, assist in understanding the different options for onboarding and integration, and comprehend the art of positioning the value proposition of transacting electronically through Coupa.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assists all assigned suppliers in the completion of their enablement tasks, from the initial contact phase, through integration, and until the supplier begins transacting in Coupa with each buyer customer.
  • Prioritizes strategic suppliers based on record information in the system.
  • Assists all assigned suppliers in understanding the different options for onboarding and integration in Coupa.
  • Comprehend the art of positioning the value proposition of transacting electronically through Coupa, and adjusting language and approach for your audience.
  • Coordinates escalation of records to the Program Manager per defined process and ensure there is a prompt follow-up on supplier requests.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by working with team members to continually improve processes and best practices and embracing Coupa's core values.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with cXML invoicing integration – highly experienced user.
  • Excellent understanding of cXML Punchout.
  • Microsoft Word - Advanced User.
  • Microsoft Excel – Advanced User.
  • English Language – Fluent (C1 or better).
  • Customer facing experience and comfortable working directly with customers to provide updates and troubleshoot challenges.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working in organizations undergoing rapid growth.
  • Experience with the Coupa platform or similar B2B system and supporting supplier enablement.
  • EDI connection experience.
  • Basic understanding of cXML Punchout.
