Location: Remote (CST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 1250 USD
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST

Position Overview:
We are in search of a detail-oriented and skilled Property Bookkeeper to become a vital part of our team. The ideal candidate will be tasked with ensuring the accuracy of QuickBooks across various entities on a weekly basis. This position demands a sharp eye for detail and a comprehensive understanding of real estate accounting methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
QuickBooks Management:
- Maintain up-to-date and precise entries in QuickBooks for the previous week, utilizing classes to uphold accurate property-level data.
Settlement Statements:
- Record and monitor all details within settlement statements, ensuring all information is accurately entered and organized.
Depreciation:
- Systematically document depreciation for all properties, ensuring adherence to applicable accounting standards.
Collaboration:
- Engage closely with our accounting firm to guarantee the accuracy of financial records and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Accounts Payable:
- Execute accounts payable functions, including timely invoice payments and vendor relationship management.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks.
- Experience in real estate accounting.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with robust organizational abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple entities while maintaining accurate records.
