Our innovative tool, Refund Stacker, offers sellers a comprehensive solution for managing reimbursement claims. With automated processes, real-time updates, and a dedicated team of case managers, Refund Stacker simplifies complex tasks, ensuring sellers maximize refunds and minimize workload.

We are seeking an entry-level Client Relationship Specialist to join our Refund Stacker team and play a key role in supporting client success.

The Role Logistics:

  • As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will be responsible for managing relationships with Walmart sellers and ensuring efficient handling of their reimbursement claims.
  • You will serve as the point of contact between sellers and the Refund Stacker service, helping them navigate their reimbursement processes and providing timely updates on claim status.
  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with Walmart sellers, ensuring they receive the best support and service.
  • You will manage client reimbursement claims, covering issues such as inventory damage, lost inventory, shipping discrepancies, incorrect fees, and more.
  • You will collaborate with the internal case management team to monitor claim submissions and ensure successful outcomes for clients.
  • You will analyze data in Microsoft Excel to track and report on reimbursement claims and trends.
  • You will provide clients with real-time updates and insights into their claim statuses, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Key Skills:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting data.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently, while managing multiple client accounts.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in customer service, account management, or e-commerce (preferred but not required).
