Key Responsibilities- Partner with customers to develop and execute strategies to increase their consumption of SAP BTP services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with technical decision-makers to ensure alignment with SAP's Intelligent Enterprise strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer success initiatives and drive business outcomes.
- Provide expert guidance on digital transformation, technical architectures, and business value to customers.
- Act as a strategic point of contact for customers, orchestrating success resources across SAP and customers.
- Develop and execute consumption plans for assigned customers, analyzing their technical needs and providing recommendations for optimal solution usage.
- Represent customer interests to internal SAP stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and their success is achieved.
- Collaborate with colleagues from various groups, including Cloud Success Services, Account Teams, Pre-sales, Product Management, Support, Services, and Partners.
- 5-6 years of experience in areas such as Software Engineering, Solution Management, Project/Product Management, Project Implementation, Pre-sales, Technical Customer Engagement, Customer Success, Proactive Support Services, or Consulting.
- Foundational knowledge of public cloud platforms (PaaS) and providers.
- Excellent understanding of one or more areas of the SAP BTP portfolio: SAP BTP Extension and Integration Suite, Cloud Databases, Cloud Data Management, Analytics Cloud Solutions.
- Professional experience with implementing cloud initiatives.
- Multi-lingual skills are a plus, depending on the region.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Certification in enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF) is a plus.
- Familiarity with design thinking methodology is a plus.
