About the Role

SAP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Technology Platform (BTP) Customer Success Manager Senior Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption and growth of SAP BTP services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with customers to develop and execute strategies to increase their consumption of SAP BTP services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with technical decision-makers to ensure alignment with SAP's Intelligent Enterprise strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer success initiatives and drive business outcomes.
  • Provide expert guidance on digital transformation, technical architectures, and business value to customers.
  • Act as a strategic point of contact for customers, orchestrating success resources across SAP and customers.
  • Develop and execute consumption plans for assigned customers, analyzing their technical needs and providing recommendations for optimal solution usage.
  • Represent customer interests to internal SAP stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and their success is achieved.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from various groups, including Cloud Success Services, Account Teams, Pre-sales, Product Management, Support, Services, and Partners.
Requirements
  • 5-6 years of experience in areas such as Software Engineering, Solution Management, Project/Product Management, Project Implementation, Pre-sales, Technical Customer Engagement, Customer Success, Proactive Support Services, or Consulting.
  • Foundational knowledge of public cloud platforms (PaaS) and providers.
  • Excellent understanding of one or more areas of the SAP BTP portfolio: SAP BTP Extension and Integration Suite, Cloud Databases, Cloud Data Management, Analytics Cloud Solutions.
  • Professional experience with implementing cloud initiatives.
  • Multi-lingual skills are a plus, depending on the region.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Professional Training & Certification
  • Certification in enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with design thinking methodology is a plus.
