About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and support across multiple time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer support and resolve inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Coordinate expert interviews and ensure timely support after 6 PM.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Support administrative tasks on B2B Surveys, including survey project status alignment, survey link sending, and communication with survey experts.
  • Work collaboratively with the Survey team to prioritize tasks and ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Previous scheduling or coordinating experience is a plus.
  • Proficient and fluent in English in all language dimensions.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher (required).
  • Availability to work 6 PM – 12:30 AM.
  • Strong communication and interaction skills, including demonstrated oral and written abilities.
  • Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for learning and adaptability in a technology-enabled environment.

Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum (dependent on experience), with opportunities for growth and professional development within the company.
