We are seeking an exceptional Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at Phoenix Support Services. As a key player in our digital marketing department, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our clients' social media advertising campaigns.
About the Role- Develop and implement comprehensive social media advertising strategies aligned with client goals and budget allocations.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Create and set up social media ad campaigns, ad sets, and ads based on campaign objectives and target audience.
- Monitor campaign performance, including critical metrics like click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Conduct A/B testing of ad elements and landing pages to optimize campaign performance.
Our ideal candidate has proven experience managing social media advertising campaigns for clients, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar environment. You should have in-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budgeting, and optimization.

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a rewarding salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
