Job Description

The Organic Search Strategist's role is to create and execute on Organic Search strategies that align with the client's KPIs. This includes evaluating the work completed to determine its effectiveness, meeting SEO and Content deliverable timelines, and delivering high-quality work. The Organic Search Strategist adjusts the strategy as needed to achieve the best results possible.

Key responsibilities include employing AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes, utilizing and leveraging Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to their department, and proactively communicating strategy ideas and relevant updates to both internal and client teams. The Organic Search Strategist must stay updated on industry trends and best practices while educating clients on recommended actions and next steps.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an SEO-based role with client-facing experience. They should be familiar with data analysis and data visualization tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and Screaming Frog. A foundational understanding of organic search elements such as on-page, technical, and off-page SEO is also required.

Candidates should possess excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills for strategy planning, task delegation, and deliverable review. They should also have proactive problem-solving ability, strong presentation skills, and the ability to tailor organic search storytelling for different audiences.

Benefits

As an employee of Power Digital Marketing, Inc., you can expect a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will be eligible for commission opportunities, medical bonus, 15 paid vacation days (PTO) per year, fully flexible work environment, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), 17 observed Colombian national holidays, 2 mental health recharge days per year, and unlimited opportunities for growth and leadership within the company.
