Job OverviewAs an Account Executive at Hazel Technologies, you will play a critical role in acquiring and retaining clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. You will work closely with clients to share our unique value proposition and provide technical support to ensure successful product implementation.
Responsibilities- Client Engagement: Work with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Sales Performance: Meet quarterly sales targets and quotas by identifying new business opportunities and developing strong relationships with clients.
- Technical Support: Provide routine technical support to clients, including product demonstrations, implementation, and training.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Marketing, and Sales, to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Regulatory Compliance: Understand and comply with regulatory requirements by region to ensure smooth sales and shipments.
- Reporting and Analysis: Log all sales activities in our CRM system and analyze data to inform sales strategies and improve customer engagement.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Experience: More than 5 years of experience in outside sales as an account executive.
- Proven Track Record: Proven track record of meeting sales goals and developing strong client relationships.
- Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year institution.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the fresh product supply chain or food retail sales.
