Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Prime Named Account Executive to join our team. As a Prime Named Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving the high growth of Core products within a set of named LATAM SMB accounts, focusing on CENTROAMERICA AND CARIBE. You will exceed sales objectives by prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities within the assigned geographic territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Planning and Management: Define and implement account sales plans and meet/exceed sales goals (quotas) through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities within the assigned geographic territory.
  • Sales Pipeline Development: Develop and lead sales pipeline – prospect and assess new sales potential while managing multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • CRM Management: Run and supervise customer and transactional information in a CRM system.
  • Customer Support: Coordinate sources throughout the sales cycle, including product support and sales engineering.
  • Product Demonstrations: Provide initial product demonstrations and general support to prospective customers.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Nurture and expand the company's relationship within customer accounts.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecast through the CRM system.
  • Market Awareness: Stay ahead of competition, driven issues, and products.
  • Communication: Practice effective communication with account team, management, customers, and support staff.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in team-building and company-growth activities including strategy setting, sales training, marketing efforts, and customer care.
  • Travel: Travel to customer locations in support of sales efforts.
  • Trusted Advisor: Become a Trusted Advisor for the customer.
