Role: Sales Manager
Working Schedule: Full Time | 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday, US Time Zone - Overlapping EST, MST and CST
Type of Contract: Independent Contractor
Salary: up to 2,000 USD per month (depending upon skills and experience)

About the Role:

We are in search of a motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to spearhead our sales initiatives, drive revenue enhancement, and broaden our market footprint. In this role, you will be tasked with formulating and implementing sales strategies, overseeing the sales team, and cultivating robust client relationships. Your primary objective will be to achieve and surpass sales goals while embodying the company's principles of innovation, teamwork, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and oversee daily performance expectations for sales representatives
  • Ensure team compliance with activity benchmarks and quota objectives
  • Deliver coaching and constructive feedback through call evaluations and standardized processes
  • Lead the onboarding, training, and supervision of newly recruited sales representatives
  • Develop and maintain sales playbooks, resources, and training documentation
  • Prepare the team for new product introductions and feature launches
  • Manage compensation structures and bonus distribution

Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in SaaS sales, ideally within the construction technology sector
  • Familiarity with sales technology ecosystems, including CRM (HubSpot), VoIP, and product analytics tools
  • Data-driven mindset with a history of leveraging metrics to enhance sales performance
  • Analytical thinker capable of translating data insights into actionable strategies
  • Strong leadership capabilities with an emphasis on coaching and talent development
  • Creative problem-solver who is willing to challenge established norms
