Our Vision:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Account Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic account plans to drive share of wallet growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop a deep understanding of our customers' business drivers and environments, and interpret the impact and opportunities for our company. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies and account plans that align with our business objectives.
- Marketing and Sales: Create value for our customers and company by ensuring a coordinated sales approach, including frame agreements and value-added services. Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity, and provide input on market price developments.
- Process and Tools: Drive the application of standardized marketing and sales processes and tools, such as Salesforce, account plans, and value-added services, to ensure consistency and efficiency across our customer base.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or electronics engineering with postgraduate studies and relevant experience.
- Proven experience in technical sales and account management.
- Advanced to intermediate English language proficiency.
- Technical knowledge in high voltage, control, and protection.
- Knowledge of CRM and Salesforce, with experience in office packages (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Power BI.
