About the Role

Azeus Systems Limited is seeking a highly skilled Regional Marketing Manager to lead and develop marketing strategies for Latin America (LATAM) and Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for LATAM and Brazil, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Manage and guide the current marketing team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Design and implement digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance and marketing metrics, using data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content and optimize user experience.
  • Oversee company social media accounts and develop a content calendar to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously optimizing marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record in executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret web metrics and digital analytics.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and Portuguese.
