About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our team at TeleTech Holdings, Inc. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, creating compelling product messaging and positioning, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch and promote our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and update product collateral, such as website copy, brochures, case studies, white papers, and sales presentations.
  • Support product launches, campaigns, and events to generate demand and awareness.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and optimize them based on data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in product marketing in the customer experience or technology industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft and deliver compelling stories.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about customer experience and technology.
