Key ResponsibilitiesThe Senior UX Researchers will:
  • Lead all phases of research, including participant recruitment, communication, study execution, result analysis, and crafting insightful artifacts that inform design and product strategies.
  • Ensure that research plans align with project objectives, appropriate methodologies, timelines, and business requirements.
  • Create various artifacts tailored to project needs, such as screeners, guides, scripts, reports, journey maps, persona diagrams, highlight reels, data visualizations, and quantitative summaries.
  • Actively participate in discussions, presenting draft and final artifacts for approval to cross-functional teams.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices in user research both within UXReactor and for our client-partners' research initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Master's or bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or a related discipline such as psychology, sociology, cognitive science, anthropology, or information science, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in conducting UX research to uncover insights, identify unmet needs, and enhance product offerings.
  • Proficiency in a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Strong empathetic listening skills, with the ability to understand user needs and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience in designing and implementing inclusive participant recruitment strategies.
  • Familiarity with complex B2B enterprise software across multiple platforms.
  • Basic understanding of effective design principles.
  • A robust portfolio or examples of work showcasing your expertise.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Exceptional presentation abilities.
