Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Corporate Travel Agent to enhance our Business Administration team. In this role, you will oversee all facets of travel arrangements for employees and clients, including visa management and relocation services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research and coordinate travel logistics, including transportation, accommodation, medical insurance, meals, and car rentals, ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints.
  • Provide primary support to management regarding Global Mobility travel policies and procedures.
  • Stay informed about travel regulations and requirements, including passport and visa laws across various destinations.
  • Oversee the implementation of visa strategies and manage corporate agreements with travel service providers.
  • Prepare financial forecasts and manage expense reporting processes.
  • Review and enhance existing mobility policies, aligning them with local regulations and industry best practices.
  • Act as a resource for travel-related inquiries, assisting employees with their travel concerns.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in tourism, business administration, industrial engineering, or international relations.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate travel management.
  • At least 4 years of experience in travel planning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Fluent in English, with advanced language skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar role within a software development outsourcing environment.
  • Familiarity with Argentine and US immigration regulations.
  • Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Portuguese and/or Spanish.
