Job Description
The Senior Growth Director at Wearecontactica is a dynamic and strategic leader poised to drive the company's expansion in the global market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to expand Wearecontactica's presence in PR, USA, and Latin America.
- Foster and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives of current and potential clients.
- Lead the adoption of emerging technologies and AI solutions, guiding teams through digital transformations.
- Optimize sales and marketing processes to maximize client acquisition efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize data-driven decision making, leveraging AI tools and KPIs to measure and improve performance.
- Oversee financial aspects of growth initiatives, including budget management and monitoring of key financial indicators.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the MarTech and SaaS sectors.
- Enable and support leadership teams in achieving revenue objectives and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on growth initiatives to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, with relevant certifications in digital marketing and AI technologies.
- Proven track record in senior growth or sales roles, particularly in MarTech and SaaS industries.
- Solid experience with AI and emerging technologies, coupled with proficiency in digital marketing tools and data analytics.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and team management skills, with the ability to influence across departments.
- Exceptional sales and negotiation abilities, with a history of closing high-value B2B deals.
- Financial acumen, including experience in budget management and understanding of growth-related financial metrics.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages a plus).
- Innovative mindset, results-oriented approach, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
