Werfenlife SA is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in the Latam region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Account Management: Identify, develop, and expand business opportunities with key distributors and end clients in the Latam region.
  • Tactical Planning: Support Product managers and Business unit managers in designing tactical plans for distributors under responsibility.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, end clients, and cross-functional teams within Werfenlife SA.
  • Commercial Operations: Oversee the implementation of value selling and strategic selling frameworks with key accounts, ensuring compliance with Werfenlife SA's policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a scientific or biomedical field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience working with the distribution network in the Latam region.
  • Skills: Spanish and English proficiency, finance knowledge, project management, and Microsoft Office.
