Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Operations Excellence Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing oversight and leadership to teams performing personal data, job data, position data, and org data changes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Measure, plan, and implement operational effectiveness plans to systems and processes.
  • Evaluate and ensure adequate resourcing, quality control, adherence to standard procedures, and service level agreements.
  • Lead a customer-focused culture throughout the team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
  • Execute local and global policy, process, and expansion initiatives, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across the Global HR Services Operations team.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Quality standards alignment across teams.
  • Policies and procedures adherence within the team.
  • Achievement of established policies, processes, and guidelines.
  • Departmental effectiveness improvement through identifying deficiencies and developing solutions.
RequirementsEducation and Experience

We require a Post-Secondary Degree in Human Resources or Business, with at least 5+ years of experience as a project manager and 5+ years of experience in customer service.

Relevant experience in resolving customer service requests is essential. Knowledge of employee data administration and end-to-end processes is also required.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Deep understanding and knowledge of Bank policies and procedures.
  • Proven teamwork capabilities; strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.
  • Attentive to details and deadlines; ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in conflict/issue resolution.
