Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of Corporate Customer Service strategies at global, regional, and local levels for multinational and corporate clients. Your role will focus on delivering exceptional value and ensuring high customer satisfaction while addressing their needs. The aim is to establish our organization as the market leader in advisory services for managing insurable benefits programs and occupational risks, while sustainably expanding the assigned portfolio. This includes:

Achieving targets in Commercial Risk sales for Renewals and New Business. Meeting Customer Retention goals and managing Roll over. Implementing value propositions that have been approved by clients within the assigned portfolio. Attaining objectives in customer satisfaction survey results. Overseeing financial management of client portfolios and business lines. Leading high-performance teams and fostering collaboration. Inspiring and engaging colleagues. Supporting the performance and development of team members.

Qualifications for Success

Experience: Minimum of 8 years in the Insurance or Insurance Brokerage sector, with a strong focus on customer service, budget accountability, and team leadership. Technical expertise: Familiarity with insurable benefits programs (including Life insurance, prepaid medicine, health insurance, and occupational risk management), among others.
Educational background: Degree in relevant fields (such as business administration, industrial engineering, or economics) or a Medical Doctor qualification. Language proficiency: Advanced English skills. Technical skills: Proficient in Office applications, particularly advanced Excel.
