INGEPSY is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team in the LATAM region. As a key strategic partner, you will drive financial performance and support business objectives.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

This role requires a deep understanding of financials, accounting, and business principles. You will oversee treasury functions, lead budgeting processes, and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and communicate financial performance.

You will work closely with department heads to ensure financial plans support business initiatives and collaborate with accounting share services to monitor financial books.

A strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and experience with SAP (FI, CO modules) are essential for this role.

You will also assist with external audits and support the local strategy with the CODIR.

  • Be a key strategic partner in driving financial performance and supporting overall business objectives.
  • Oversee treasury functions, including cash flow management, investment strategies, and financing decisions.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and develop KPIs to measure and communicate financial performance.
  • Collaborate with accounting share services to monitor financial books.
  • Assist with external audits and support the local strategy with the CODIR.
Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires:

  • A degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or similar area.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in controlling or finance area.
  • Deep understanding of financials, accounting, and business principles.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience with SAP (FI, CO modules).
