At Red Bull, we're always looking for talented individuals to join our team and help drive our business forward. As a Distributor Partner Manager, you'll play a key role in developing and implementing our annual business plans, driving Red Bull initiatives, and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through a set group of Distribution Partners (DPs).

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating strategic priorities to our Distribution Partners
  • Driving and managing key RB initiatives
  • Ensuring implementation of merchandising standards
  • Developing systems to track and measure KPI execution
  • Monitoring sales/POS progress against business plans
  • Couching DP to produce execution excellence

You'll also be responsible for:

  • Coordinating meetings with DPs to explain and implement Red Bull business strategies and initiatives
  • Developing communication processes to ensure proper alignment and understanding of strategies and goals
  • Implementing systems to track and benchmark DPs against key initiatives/goals
  • Ensuring DPs fully understand and execute RB merchandising standards
  • Assisting in developing Sales Books and training to guarantee Sales Reps clearly understand merchandising standards
  • Establishing set communication schedules to discuss upcoming and ongoing Key Account Programs
  • Implementing processes for late notice or emergency programs to ensure rapid communication and execution
  • Ensuring DPs implement tracking systems to gauge execution effectiveness
