As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our business and building long-term relationships with our VIP clients. You will design a strategic plan to grow our merchant portfolio, achieve sales quotas, and manage large accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to grow our merchant portfolio
  • Manage large accounts and ensure account performance in terms of sales, profitability, quality, and service
  • Design programs and strategies to help customers meet their objectives
  • Build and maintain product knowledge and provide feedback to product and sales management
  • Monitor customer performance and design action plans based on the results of these studies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, finance, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B business in commercial areas as a Key Account
  • Previous experience in payments is a must
  • Strong engagement, drive, influencing, persuasive selling, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and budget management skills
  • Strategic mindset and ability to identify business opportunities in highly competitive markets
