Job Title: Senior Account Manager

In this exciting role, the Account Manager will be responsible for leading the implementation of winning flavor solutions for our clients to defend existing business and drive further growth, in close collaboration with a talented team of professionals.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify business opportunities, decision factors, and success criteria, and execute an action plan accordingly.
  • Leverage proactive projects to generate new business opportunities.
  • Bring market insights and connect with our strategy to generate innovation and different business models.
  • Develop a strong and trusting customer relationship with different areas, including marketing and senior leadership.
  • Build and manage sales budgets, monitor sales, and profitability versus objectives.

You Bring:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent in business administration, economics, marketing, food engineering, or chemical engineering.
  • Sales experience in the B2B food market.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining clients in Central America and the Caribbean.
  • Advanced English skills.
