Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to internal stakeholders, troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Coupa's technology stack, including cloud-based applications and infrastructure.
  • Design and deliver training programs to end-users, promoting effective use of IT systems and tools.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for IT-related inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of IT policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Participate in on-call rotations, providing 24/7 support for critical IT systems and infrastructure.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT support, with a strong background in technical troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, Google Apps, and remote access technologies.
  • Experience with cloud-based infrastructure, including AWS and Coupa's technology stack.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
