Job Summary

As an IT Support Specialist at Gensler, you will provide first-line response to end-user incidents and requests, ensuring minimal downtime and excellent customer service. You will work collaboratively with the distributed team to share knowledge and best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the technology support infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first and second-level support in response to service desk incidents and requests
  • Assist the Regional Technology Director and local IT Manager in educating end-users about desktop policies and enforcement
  • Maintain familiarity and working relationships with Firmwide functional teams
  • Triage service desk incident queues to ensure quick incident assignment and prioritize incidents to optimize resources
  • Escalate tickets as necessary to the RTD requesting non-standard software or hardware

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT technical support and customer service
  • Extensive knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft O365 cloud services, and Apple MacBooks
  • 100% bilingual English/Spanish, with excellent verbal communication skills
  • A proven record of performing in a dynamic, team-based technology support environment
