Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Help Desk Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, suppliers, and employees. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team that is passionate about innovation and customer success.

Responsibilities
  • Provide IT L1 Service Desk Technical Support during US hours
  • Participate in weekend service desk coverage on a rotational basis
  • Deliver end-user instruction and training
  • Respond to user inquiries and recommend actions to correct problems
  • Evaluate and escalate security issues according to company policy
  • Own, follow-up, and drive problem resolution
  • Proactively monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot issues
  • Perform quality assurance when required
  • Establish and maintain vendor relationships
Requirements
  • Total experience of 3-5 years, with at least 2 years of hands-on IT experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in MAC OSX, Windows desktop OS, and Microsoft Office 365 applications
  • Experience with Google Apps, remote access technologies, and backup technologies
  • Basic networking knowledge and experience with Coupa, OKTA, Intune, JAMF, Jira/Confluence Administrator, and AWS
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a rapidly changing environment
  • Self-starter with good communication and support skills
About the Role

This is a hybrid role that requires a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. As an IT Help Desk Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, suppliers, and employees, providing timely and effective support to resolve their technical issues.
