As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in managing daily scheduling buckets and coordinating service requests.

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our dispatch team as a Customer Support Dispatcher - Field Operations Coordinator. Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently schedule emergency and non-emergency work orders, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and dispatch technicians for maintenance and construction services work orders, optimizing routes to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities, including contact attempts and issues with tenants or technicians.
  • Provide direct updates to clients via email and/or service provider portals, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Liaise with other departments, such as Account Management and Vendor Management, to support overall operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with field technicians to refine processes and improve service delivery, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role with a strong focus on calling and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Able to take direction and implement action, with a problem-solving attitude and a results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with skilled labor trades and dispatching is an asset, but not required.
  • Proficient in English (oral and written).

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
