Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Associate to join our team at Amadeus. As a key member of our Customer Care Center, you will provide functional and technical support to our customers, ensuring that their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
• Analyze and resolve customer incidents and service requests
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless support and resolution
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Amadeus products and services
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of Amadeus products and services
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
