Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Amadeus. As a key member of our Customer Care Center, you will provide functional and technical support to our customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer incidents and service requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with other teams to provide accurate incident resolution and service request management
  • Design and execute test scenarios to identify and resolve problems
  • Develop and maintain documentation to support customer care processes
  • Provide training and support to other team members as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field
  • Excellent knowledge of Cytric and/or high expertise in specific Cytric areas
  • Understanding of the Travel/Tourism Business
  • Previous technical customer support experience
  • Solid PC and operating systems experience
  • Network knowledge
  • Log (xml) reading experience
  • Fluent in English
