We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Amadeus. As a key member of our Customer Care Center, you will provide functional and technical support to our customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer incidents and service requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with other teams to provide accurate incident resolution and service request management
- Design and execute test scenarios to identify and resolve problems
- Develop and maintain documentation to support customer care processes
- Provide training and support to other team members as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field
- Excellent knowledge of Cytric and/or high expertise in specific Cytric areas
- Understanding of the Travel/Tourism Business
- Previous technical customer support experience
- Solid PC and operating systems experience
- Network knowledge
- Log (xml) reading experience
- Fluent in English
